Shipping

Freight - Most orders will be shipped via LTL curbside freight, no matter how small or how large the order.  That includes delivery to the jobsite and liftgate.  

The standard cost for freight delivery is based on the delivery address and is as follows:

• A flat $350 for any state bordering the Mississippi river or east of the Mississippi river.
• A flat $699 for ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, NM, CO, WY, MT, UT, AZ
• A flat $999 for CA, OR, WA, ID, NV
• Addresses that need special delivery services (ferry access, delivery up stairs, etc) may require you to pay extra fees.  

FedEx - On small orders of unassembled cabinets, trim, fillers, etc.  You will be able to select FedEx at checkout.  The total will be calculaed at checkout based on the items in your cart.  Typically this runs $35-$40 a cabinet. 

Returns 

• Panels larger than 48" and Assembled cabinets CANNOT be returned or refunded.  Unassembled (Ready to Assembled/RTA) cabinets, trim, etc can be returned as long as they are in good condition and in their original packaging.
• Returns on these items will be subject to return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. 
• ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.  

Shipping

Currently Wolf Classic Cabinets are only available for ordering east of the Mississippi River.  The cost for shipping is a flat $399.  

• Addresses that need special delivery services (ferry access, delivery up stairs, etc) may require you to pay extra fees.  

Most Wolf Classic orders will be shipped via our home delivery service, no matter how small or how large the order.  That includes delivery to the job site.  Customer or representative of customer is required to assist in the delivery.  Deliveries will not be made to specific rooms of a home.  However, the driver may unload to an area outside of the home, such as a garage, carport or ground level porch of the home that will allow one person handcart access if close truck access is available

Returns

Wolf Classic products are returnable within 60 days of receipt.

• Special Order (including ADA and UD cabinets) items are not returnable.
• All returns requested within 30 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
• Material over 30 days old will be charged a 35% restocking charge.
• Material over 60 days old is not returnable.

The manufacturer of this series does not accept returns since all cabinets are built to order.

HOWEVER - Wholesale Cabinet Supply will accept returns to their warehouse.

• Any returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for charges related to shipping the product to Wholesale Cabinet Supply's warehouse in South Carolina.

• A flat $650 for OK, TX, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY
• A flat $750 for KS, MO, NE, IA, SD, ND, MN
• A flat $1800 for ID, NV, NM, CO, WY, MT, UT, AZ
• A flat $2200 for CA, OR, WA
• Addresses that need special delivery services (ferry access, delivery up stairs, etc) may require you to pay extra fees.  

For orders of 3 cabinets or less, the shipping charge will be half of the above.  

Returns
